This firm and Attorney (Nicholas Smith)takes weeks to return my calls. He does not address my concerns. I have paid $3000 and I have not been to court and have not received my DNA results. I keep getting billed with no results.

Ronald Hendricks was so amazing. I came in at the last minute not knowing where to turn. Mr. Hendricks and his office took me in under their wing and helped me get through a difficult situation. Carolyn Hastings (his paralegal) were both so understanding and It touched me so, that there are still good people in this world. I don't know what I would have done if I had not found this law firm. I will tell everyone how great these people are and I thank them all so much for the care I received.

They were very careless in their representation of my case and then after several hearings decided to drop my case due to conflict of interest from my ex using that firm before which was not even related to my case. They did not refund my money or help me until i found another attorney they just walked away and left me to fight for myself when i should have been told they could not represent me long before i was told.

Mr. Spychalski, Even after several weeks of the trial my wife and I talk about how thankful we are that you and your office team helped our daughter in the most excellent way to stay in the U S A.
It seemed to us that your work before the trial has impressed the judge and the prosecutor so much that they at ones decided in favor of my daughter.
We remember well that the Judge, specifically mentioned several times that you had well organized all necessary documents needed for the Application

We have never had such awful representation from a law firm as Bailey & Galyen. They were untruthful to myself & my daughter. They showed very little interest in the actual case as our lawyer opposed his wife's best friend(counsel for the opposing client)Very Very
displeased with the entire firm and would never return for their services or recommend them to anyone.

They charged me nearly $7,000 for absolutely nothing to happen. They made several choices in court without asking me all of which caused huge problems where we had to spend months going back to fix the problem they created charging me several thousand more each time. They refused to answer questions and I had to do all the digging on my own for paperwork, property, doctors that my kids went to, the CPS report and with all of that we still somehow managed to lose the case.

Following the death of my wife I didn't know where to go.

I went out of the state to be with family and I needed a Texas lawyer because that was where she was killed. I got a lousy response from attorneys who seemed disorganized. I was about turn in the towel, when my sister in law texted me that Bob Schwartz helped her friend in Houston, so I called Bailey & Galyen. The rest is history...don't even remember what happened next because it was a blur. They handled everything and I got a big check

Our small business was unfortunately required to file for a complicated bankruptcy via Chapter 11. These guys are amazing at Bailey & Galyen. They successfully were able to help us to get back on our feet again as a business. We have now been freed to really do what we originally intended, now, armed with new found financial intelligence. When we hired Bailey & Galyen, their many helpful paralegals and attorneys also helped us find a great accounting firm to keep us out of this mess later!!:-)

I been to three different attorneys before I hired Rachel Sherman to assist me with my bankruptcy. I cannot thank them enough... It has been a devastating couple years, but Rachel and the team at Bailey Galyen have been like a ray of sunshine to lighten the load that God called me to carry.

Certainly it didn't hurt that the team at Bailey & galyen was able to successfully get all of my debt discharged legally. They used that term. But to me what they really did was erase my debt. It's gone!

Wow, I was not expecting for this process to be as painless as it was. Especially appreciated the help of Mr. Jim Ince and Mr. Bailey for their help with my complex bankruptcy. Really felt good to have someone in my corner who was willing to go the distance and to go to bat for me. Really appreciate the help folks.

About Client Rating
About Peer Rating

Welcome to Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review, a new ratings service that allows you to view and provide feedback on a lawyer or law firm on service and relationship qualities such as Communication Ability, Responsiveness, Quality of Service, and Value for Money.

Determining a Rating

The Client Review Rating is determined through aggregation of validated responses. This compilation of Client Reviews translates to a numerical rating and associate descriptive term on a scale of 1 -5. 1 being lowest as "Rated" and 5 being highest as "Preeminent".

  • 4.5-5.0 Preeminent
  • 3.0-4.4 Distinguished
  • 1-2.9 Rated

Martindale-Hubbell uses a third-party resource to validate that the respondent is a living person, but cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship, which in many cases is confidential. Clients must affirm that they are a client of the lawyer or firm identified for review at the time of the completed Client Review.

The Reviewers

Those who complete Client Reviews are clients of law firms who hired a lawyer within the last year, whose matter is not pending, and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be of any type from in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners to private individuals, and even sometimes another lawyer in a different jurisdiction.

Anonymity

Client Reviews are anonymous and reviewers' identities are not published; however a summary of basic demographics will be part of the display of responses.

Why do we collect demographics as part of the review?

Those who are researching a lawyer or law firm like to see that there are other clients who might be "like them". This is valuable information contributing to the decision-making process of hiring a lawyer.

Martindale-Hubbell's role

Martindale-Hubbell facilitates the process of Client Review by gathering responses, validating them and aggregating results for display online. The content of the responses are entirely from reviewers, the clients of the firm or lawyer.

It is important to note that Martindale-Hubbell does not undertake to develop Client Reviews for all firms and lawyers. Therefore, the fact that a firm or lawyer has not been reviewed should not be construed unfavorably. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review over which Martindale-Hubbell exercises no editorial review or control.
