The primary focus of the firm is litigation and transactional matters, including the defense of insured's and self-insured's such as governmental agencies, insurance coverage, and commercial litigation. Our commercial litigation practice includes construction industry defense, transportation and cargo claims as well as supplicated collection matters. The firm's clients include Gulf Northland Insurance Group, The Salvation Army (a self-insured non-denominational religious organization) NAS Insurance Group, Legion Indemnity, Insurance Corporation of Hanover, as well as a number of transportation, trucking and logistics companies. The firm represents State and Federal Court Receivers in Receivership matters.

The insurance practice includes, in addition to defense matters, insurance coverage questions and issues.

Mr. Gaston specializes in transportation and business and corporate transactional matters.  This practice includes the defense of employers in employment matters and related regulatory issues.

The firm handles matters throughout Southern California, including the southern San Joaquin Valley. The firm currently consists of six attorneys plus support staff with the main office centrally located in Pasadena, California.

We have a satellite office staffed by John Russell in the Palm Springs area to service our clients in the desert communities. Mr. Russell has a broad litigation background with a current focus on a Trust and Estate practice.
