Harada acts as counsel for our condo association where I have been a member. She is extremely deceptive, cheats members without concern for her actions, circumvents effective resolution between members and board, uses deception to create billable hours, does not follow the law, does not act in the best interests of the association, very self serving even when acting as a fiduciary, chronic liar, very unethical.
