"Billy" Tauzin, Chairman of the Commerce Committee's Subcommittee on Telecommunications, Trade, and Consumer Protection, United States House of Representatives
• Served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Judges Rosemary T. Pillow and Byron Stringer in Baton Rouge, Louisiana from 1994 to 1996
• Authored, "The Internet-What Benefit to Attorneys?" Baton Rouge Bar Journal.  December 1995
• Special assistant to the Clerk of Court Milton Skyring in development of the court?s first HTML web page, during 1994 through 1996
