We have drafted and negotiated sophisticated loan commitments, credit agreements, mortgages and other loan documentation on behalf of lenders, as well as analyzing and negotiating similar documentation on behalf of borrowers. Our firm has also completed financial transactions which involve hospitals and other Article 28 licensed entities. These transactions included dealing with the New York State Dormitory Authority and HUD with respect to bond financing issues and approvals.
