OUR APPROACH: We first try to resolve cases by reaching a fair settlement for our clients. However, if that is not possible, then we will vigorously prosecute your case in court. If your legal problem requires specialized knowledge, such as tax, bankruptcy, complex products litigation or medical malpractice, then we will assemble a team of professionals to most effectively work toward accomplishing your goals.
OFFICE HOURS AND APPOINTMENTS: The office is open from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday and closed on holidays. You should try to schedule an appointment and not just drop in. This will help us to be available when you arrive. However, as we are often in court, and it is sometimes impossible to predict the length of court and the complex problems that arise during conferences, we ask for your understanding if we are not immediately available. We will try to keep your wait as short as possible. If a conflict arises, we will try to reschedule your appointment at the earliest time possible to minimize any inconvenience to you. Remember that if your attorney is unavailable, although our support staff cannot provide legal advice, they often can provide general assistance and information relating to your case until you can speak with your attorney.
FEES: Our fees are determined by the type of case and the legal services provided as well as the complexity and time involved in the case. Different arrangements including contingency/percentage fees, flat fees, straight hourly rates and combinations are available. We also accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards as a convenience to our clients.
