The firm serves individuals and businesses in all aspects of criminal matters including pre-charge investigation, Grand Jury practice, trials, appeals and related civil proceedings. Harold Gurewitz has specialized in criminal litigation since serving as an Assistant United States Attorney and Chief of the Economic Crime Unit of the U.S. Attorney's office in Detroit, Michigan from 1973 to 1981. Margaret Sind Raben has specialized in criminal litigation since joining Harold Gurewitz in private practice in 1986. Harold Gurewitz and Margaret Sind Raben practice in all State of Michigan courts, the Eastern and Western Federal District Courts, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
