The family has a long history in this area, reaching back 145 years. A forebearer first visited here in 1853, and came back in 1873 to make the area his home. The primary attorney is, and has been, active in community life-First United Methodist Church, Salvation Army Advisory Board (Past President), Edison Pageant of Light, Kiwanis (past president), Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce (past president) and Fort Myers Historical Museum Foundation (Director). The firm served as counsel for the area's largest financial institution for approximately 30 years, until it was merged in 1993. The attorney and support personnel concentrate on giving prompt, reliable, friendly and personal representation to each of their clients in areas of real estate, wills, trusts, probate, formation of corporations and limited liability companies, mortgage foreclosures, mortgage refinancing, new mortgages, business and corporate activities.
