Largest Verdict and Settlements Awarded in Pinellas County

While at Carey & Florin, Dennis represented the victims of medical malpractice and obtained what are believed to be two of the largest verdicts in medical malpractice cases in Pinellas County history ($3 million and $2 million).

After the dissolution of Carey & Florin, P.A., in 1996, Dennis became a member of Florin, Roebig, Walker, Huddlestun & Rogers, P.A. There he obtained what it believed to be the largest settlement in a medical malpractice case in Pinellas County history ($5.25 million). Dennis has also obtained a $4.5 million verdict in a breach of trust case and numerous settlements ranging from hundreds of thousands to over a million dollars in medical malpractice and nursing home cases.

In January, 2000, Dennis left Florin, Roebig, Walker, Huddleston & Rogers, P.A., to establish the firm of H. Dennis Rogers, P.A., which is devoted to providing the highest quality legal services to the victims of medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, wrongful death, and serious personal injuries.
