Partner Jim Hartnett, also receiving the highest possible attorney rating (AV) from Martindale-Hubbell, who has partnered with Chuck Smith since 1996, is known for his ability to accomplish client's objectives in a wide variety of legal subject areas in and out of State and Federal Court, and in governmental approval processes. Having worked in Japan for a number of years, in addition to his extensive local experience, Jim brings his special experience and skills to United States clients dealing with Asian counterparts, as well as foreign businesses in their United States matters.
