Clifford H.Hart is a Civil Trial Lawyer practicing personal injury law and commercial litigation for 40 years. He has been a national officer of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA) and is a past president of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association (MTLA) and the Genesee County Bar Association. He has lectured to lawyers on subjects of personal injury law throughout the United States and his articles have appeared in national publications.
