AVIATION LAW. Robert L. Parks and other members of the firm have represented more than 500 crash victims and their families in North, Central and South America and the Caribbean. Mr. Parks chaired the American Bar Association's Forum on Air and Space Law from 1990-92. He chaired the Florida Bar's first Bar-sanctioned program in aviation law, a field in which he is Board Certified.

LIQUOR-BAR LIABILITY. Partner Wm. Andrew Haggard devotes much of his time representing people designated under Florida law as victims of restaurant and bar negligence. His successful representation of clients has served to more clearly define responsibilities of establishments serving liquor.

AIDS LITIGATION. Partner Robert Parks was among the first lawyers in the Southeast to fight on behalf of victims of blood transfusion-related AIDS. He has published several articles and has instructed attorneys on the subject. He served on the executive plaintiff's steering committee in the multi-district case of Wadleigh v. Rhone-Poulence Rhorer.

GENERAL PERSONAL INJURY AND TORT LITIGATION. For more than a generation, the firm's lawyers have addressed almost every conceivale dangerous situation. The work includes dangerously designed stairways, scuba diving accidents, dog bites and false arrest cases, and all kinds of security and moving vehicle claims.

PRODUCT LIABILITY. The firm has represented innocent victims of product-related accidents. We have represented clients injured by products such as football helmets, shoulder pads, beverage bottles, food products and orthopedic bone implants.
