Three generations of attorneys have served the firm in Lake and other counties since 1928.Edwin T.Brown Sr. began practicing law in Spencer,Indiana. Edwin T.Brown Jr. joined his father in Gary,Indiana in 1951. Gregory W. Brown continued the tradition by joining his father in 1989 after practicing with a litigation firm in Hammond for two years.

Today the firm emphasizes areas of practice in personal injury,criminal defense,real estate,wills,trusts and probate as well as general trial and appeal matters.
