Glenn Van Velson began his legal career in North Platte, Nebraska in 1983 with the law firm of McCarthy, McCarthy & Vyhnalek. This firm later became McCarthy, Gale & Moore, where Glenn was a junior partner.

In 1995 Glenn opened his own law office as a sole practitioner in North Platte where he continues to practice.

AREA OF PRACTICE

Glenn has experience in many general areas of the law, including real estate, title insurance, foreclosures, bankrupticy, collections, municipal law, guardianships and conservatorships, family law (divorce) and custody issues, juvenile court proceedings, probate and trust administration and estate proceedings.

However, the focus of his practice has now been limited to estate planning, probate and trust administration, and real estate matters.
