Mr. Park
Mr. Park's experience includes the following areas of prctice: California Fair Employment and Housing Act; Age Discrimination in Employment Act; Federal and State Wage and Hour Issues; Discrimination, Harassment, Retaliation; Negotiation/Mediating contractual and employment disputes and Civil Litigtion arising out of employment disputes, including wrongful termination, employment contracts, wage and hour disputes, breach of confidentiality agreements, and sexual harassment. Mr. Park is also a qualified mediator with the Santa Clara County Bar Association.
