Since January, 1985 I have practiced almost exclusively in the area of criminal defense. I am past president of The Palm Beach Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, previous and current member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, former chair of the DUI Advocacy Committee for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; member of the Florida Bar's DUI and Traffic Offense Committee; and, a former Adjunct Professor for Nova Southeastern Law School. Furthermore, I am Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law. Recently I have lectured at seminars on DUI Defense as well as First Degreee Murder Defense. I have been lead counsel in excess of 150 trials, including First-Degree Murder, Capital Sexual Battery, Drug Trafficking, Felonies, Misedemeanors and criminal traffic offenses such as DUI. I am a member of the trial bar for the Southern and Middle District of the Federal Courts in Florida as well as the 11th Cirtcuit Court of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court.
