I first worked with Jim as a mentor when he was a Summer Associate and thereafter when we was a new Associate in the same firm. From the outset he showed unusual promise and quickly became my "go to" Associate on critical legal research projects. We no longer practice at the same firm, but I have worked with Jim on two cases in the past 18 months and have been impressed by the his handling of both matters. Jim is a first rate litigator by anyone's standards.
