Fees on medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and personal injury cases are handled on a contingent fee basis where the injured person only pays a fee if he or she wins.
Melanie Grayson practices in the areas of nursing home negligence and estate planning. Generally speaking fees for an estate plan run from $1,000 to $5,000 with the majority being around $2,000.
Paul Pfeifer practices in the areas of medmedical malpractice, nursing home negligence, personal injury, and employment discrimination. Fees on medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, personal injury and employment discrimination cases are handled on a contingent fee basis where the injured person only pays a fee if he or she wins.
In 2001 we settled a trucking accident case for $1,350,000 and a nursing home case for $600,000, among many other substantial verdicts and settlements. In 2002 we received jury verdicts in nursing home cases approaching $1,000,000 as well as substantial settlements in other personal injury cases. We anticipate numerous such settlements and/or verdicts in 2003.
