       ELIZABETH A. GERMANI has extensive experience in insurance defense work and business and hospital representation including advising on insurance coverage, risk management, contract, confidentiality and patient care issues, and assisting with peer review and other internal investigations. She specializes in litigation, and has represented a variety of clients, including product manufacturers and distributors, insurance companies, construction companies, landscapers, trades people, hospitals, nurses, doctors and lawyers. She practices in all of the state and federal courts in Maine and New Hampshire, and before the state boards in Maine.

       JENNIFER S. RIGGLE has significant background and experience in the field of health care law, including the representation of a variety of health care practitioners and facilities in all legal matters and business matters, including employment and labor issues, creation and restructuring of corporate entities, management of corporate entities, confidentiality of health care and financial information regarding consumers, and licensing and other regulatory matters affecting health care and related industries. Jennifer also has significant litigation experience in the health field, ranging from medical malpractice defense to managed care litigation, contract disputes, and the handling of grievances and disputes before state and federal agencies.  Jennifer also represents a myriad of businesses in corporate, litigation, legislative, and licensing matters. 

       TRACY D. HILL has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, focusing upon the representation of national and international manufacturers in product liability litigation. In addition, Tracy has represented individual clients in a wide variety of litigated matters, including personal injury, shareholder disputes, commercial disputes, attorney negligence and premises liability.  She practices in all of the state and federal courts in Maine and New Hampshire and also in the federal courts in Vermont.

     JON C. GALE has extensive experience in criminal defense work, including drug crimes, juvenile crimes, traffic violations, and OUI/DWI.  He also has experience in general civil litigation, family law, personal injury, and disability claims.  Jon has worked as an Assistant District Attorney in both Aroostook and York Counties in Maine.  He is licensed to practice in Maine, and is a member of the Maine State Bar Association.

      DAVID F. CONLEY has significant experience in tax, business, and estate planning matters. He provides legal services to a broad range of clients, including publicly-traded corporations, family businesses, law and accounting firms, health care facilities and providers, high net-worth individuals, and real estate and business developers.  Dave has served as a law clerk with the United States Tax Court, and was an attorney advisor for the Internal Revenue Service, Office of Chief Counsel, in Washington, D.C.  He is licensed to practice in New Hampshire, Arizona and the District of Columbia.

     AMANDA B. LYNCH is an associate at Germani & Riggle, LLC.  She earned a Bachelor's Degree from Providence College in 1997, and her Master's Degree in Education from Boston University in 1999.  She graduated from the University of Maine School of Law cum laude in 2005.  In law school, Amanda was an editor for the Maine Law Review.  Since becoming associated with this firm, Amanda has gained experience in general litigation, as well as in handling corporate and business matters.  Amanda is licensed to practice in Maine, and is a member of the Maine State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
