Founded in 1977 by Steven D. Cohn and Richard S. Goldberg, the firm is embarking on its third decade in historic Brooklyn Heights, New York. We are a general practice law firm whose principals offer more than fifty (50) years of experience in the fields of business, corporate, criminal, environmental, real estate and matrimonial law. The firm has been successful in representing clients with professional disciplinary problems and has assisted many a client with the obstacles they have encountered navigating their ways through governmental bureaucracies.
