The firm was founded by Michael F. Gibson, who has over thirty years of trial and appellate experience in the state and federal courts of West Virginia, Virginia, Ohio and North Carolina. Expanding to accommodate the needs of its clientele in litigation involving the FELA, Federal Tort Claims Act, Toxic Tort, Lender Liability and First Amendment litigation, the firm has three lawyers and an experienced support staff of seven paralegals.
