Ingrid JensonIngrid Jensen was born in New York and grew up in Santa Barbara, California. She attended college in Nebraska and later worked as a real estate agent in Illinois. She moved to Boulder in 1980 and was employed as a legal assistant, taking paralegal classes at night. She was a co-owner/operator of a paralegal services business and began working for Gerald Sloat in 1985, and has worked with him for the last 19 years. She attends legal education programs on a regular basis and is the senior paralegal at Sloat & Nicholson, PC. Stephanie SandlerStephanie Sandler was born and raised in the mid-west and attended Kansas University. She moved to Boulder in 1971 and began working with Gerald Sloat in 1977. In the 1980s she was the co-owner of a small business and returned to full time work at the law firm in 1992. She is the litigation secretary at the law firm, a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and attends legal education programs on a regular basis. Ann BallardAnn Ballard was born and raised in Sandusky, Ohio. She graduated with an Associate Degree from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. Ann worked in the insurance industry as a Customer Service Representative from 1978 through 1991, and then again used her insurance knowledge in a medical setting beginning in 1997. Ann began working for the law firm in 2000. Sandra HouglanSandra Houglan was born and raised in Boulder. She graduated from the University of Colorado School of Nursing, worked at University Hospital, and returned to CU to obtain her Master?s degree in Nursing. She taught nursing and had a clinical practice at the Oregon Health Sciences University and later served as a staff member for the Oregon, Colorado and American Nurses? Associations, and for the Mile High Chapter of the American Red Cross. Sandra received her paralegal certificate from Denver Career College, formerly the Denver Paralegal Institute in March 2004, and is a member of the Rocky Mountain Paralegal Association. Paula GlaserPaula Glaser was born in Rochester, NY, and grew up in Loveland, Colorado. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from the University of Colorado. She spent the next eleven years working in customer service, communications and promotions positions, before deciding to enroll at the Denver Paralegal Institute. She graduated in 1997 and came to the firm in 2004 with seven years of paralegal experience.
