Gary D. McCallister served as Adjunct Assistant Professor, Trial Techniques at Washburn University School of Law from 1980-1985 and 1990-1991. He was a faculty member of the Kansas College of Advocacy, Annual Trial Tactics and Techniques from 1984-1989.

He currently serves as a member of the Panel of Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association, and on the Panel of Mediators for the Kansas Federal District Court.

Mr. McCallister is an active member in good standing of the Chicago, Topeka, and Kansas Bar Associations; the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association; Kansas Trial Lawyers Association (Member, Board of Governors, 1980 -- , President, 1988, Legislative Vice President, 1983; Vice President, Continuing Legal Education, 1985-1986); Colorado Trial Lawyers Association; Trial Lawyers for Public Justice; The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
