COMING FROM NORTH:

From US 101, exit at POPLAR Ave.; take Poplar Ave. WEST about ¾ mile to N. SAN MATEO Dr.; Turn RIGHT (north) and take N. San Mateo Dr. 3 blocks to VILLA TERRACE. 630 N. San Mateo Dr. is buff-colored, 1 ½ story building on your immediate right. Parking is in the rear of the building; concrete parking driveway entrance is off N. San Mateo Dr. to your right, immediately south of the building.

TO RETURN NORTH:

Exit parking area by turning LEFT into VILLA TERRACE, and take Villa Terrace 1/4 block to N. SAN MATEO Dr.; Turn RIGHT (north) and take N. San Mateo Dr. 1 (very long) block (on your right) to PENINSULA Ave.; Turn RIGHT (east) and take Peninsula Ave. about ¾ mile to US 101, by continuing across US 101 bridge and bearing North to entrance.

COMING FROM SOUTH:

From US 101, exit at PENINSULA Ave., circle to your right (but not the hard right) and continue across US 101 bridge; take Peninsula Ave. WEST about ¾ mile to N. SAN MATEO Dr. (on your left). (On your right is California Dr.) Turn LEFT (south) and take N. San Mateo Dr. 1 (very long) block (on your left) to VILLA TERRACE.  630 N. San Mateo Dr. is buff-colored, 1 ½ story building diagonally across the intersection. Parking is in rear of building; concrete parking driveway entrance is off N. San Mateo Dr. to your left, immediately south of the building.

TO RETURN SOUTH:

Exit parking area by turning LEFT into VILLA TERRACE, and take Villa Terrace 1/4 block to N. SAN MATEO Dr.; Turn LEFT (south) and take N. San Mateo Dr. 3 blocks to POPLAR Ave.; Turn LEFT (east) and take Poplar Ave. about ¾ mile to US 101 entrance bearing South.

PARKING:

Concrete entrance driveway is immediately south of building off N. San Mateo Dr. Take driveway to parking area in rear. Do not park in area under building; it is reserved. The only reserved parking in the rear is marked for the handicapped. Parking area direction of traffic flow is from entrance driveway to Villa Terrace. You should enter from N. San Mateo Dr. and exit to Villa Terrace. 

BUILDING ENTRANCE and RECEPTION:

Main entrance to building is at top of green concrete stairs off N. San Mateo Dr. Rear entrance is off the parking area, and side entrance is above the entrance to reserved parking under the building. Handicapped entrance is by ramp at rear entrance. Reception area is just inside the main entrance: announce yourself to the receptionist and the receptionist will instruct you.
