Among other matters, Ian represented the creditors' committee of a bank holding company in a Chapter 11 proceeding and successfully objected to more than $50 million in claims. In addition, Ian represented two corporate debtors in a successful Chapter 11 reorganization which restructured more than $10 million of debt. Ian is a graduate of Pomona College and Duke Law School.
