Frederick Jones is a criminal defense attorney who believes in searching for every defense available for his clients. Mr. Jones vigorously advocates for his clients interest whether mitigating damages or asserting the law which applies to his client?s position in court. Mr. Jones believes in working closely with clients so the client feels that they are an active and well informed part of their defense throughout the legal proceeding. 

Mr. Jones is candid with his clients regarding possible outcomes and does not make promises regarding the outcome of a case nor does he believe in guessing. His success depends on his ability to thoroughly research and prepare by asserting the strengths of the case and guarding the weaknesses. Mr. Jones served in the U.S. Armed Forces for 27 years with Ranger and Special Operations Units and retired at the rank of Command Sergeant Major (CSM). 

He received his JD from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, GA in 1996, and graduated from Saint Leo College in Saint Leo, Florida, Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management in 1992. Mr. Jones has been admitted to practice in Georgia and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Criminal Law Division; The Northern District of Georgia, The Court of Appeals of Georgia, and the Supreme Court of Georgia. Mr. Jones is also a member of; the American Bar Association; The Association of Trial Lawyers of America; The Federal Bar Association; The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; The Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; The Henry County Bar Association and the National Notary Association.
