Mr. Winters is very helpful and honest. He does not make false promises and commits to do what is in the best interest of his client. I highly recommend him.

Richard has represented us in a matter of family law that was very emotional and because of an outside influence, who wanted to control the situation, became adversarial. Richard set a course of action that ensured the best outcome and was fantastic in the court room.

The man refuses to listen or do any kind of follow through. I have NEVER seen a more unprofessional attorney EVER!!

Three issues.
1. Malpractice (superficial advice, forced me to settle on poor terms, and arrogance when it came to the law)
2. Conflict of Interest (with Mary Anne Day)
3. More concerned with money than client
He was disbarred from MD practice in 1987 for felony conviction drug charges and tax evasion The result of my interaction with him was to file an Lawyer Grievance with the MD Lawyer Grievance Commission. Results pending
