Through our Fort Worth office, my law practice consists of representing developers, building associations, general contractors, interior designers, and subcontractors in all aspects of residential and commercial construction, including, contract negotiations, contract actions, construction defect suits, filing and defending mechanic’s lien claims, bond claims, and insurance coverage.

I also represent clients in commercial land acquisitions, including, obtaining financing, negotiations with municipalities and planning and zoning departments, title insurance, environmental investigations, and drafting and negotiating land contracts and financing instruments. I have also represented a number of clients in foreclosure actions, loan workouts, deficiency actions, negotiating commercial and residential leases, and landlord-tenant disputes.
