    I felt as if Tom did an exceptional job of preparing our case. He is extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure that our family was taken care of during a difficult time. I would most assuredly, whole-heartedly, endorse Tom.

    AVOID THIS FIRM! THEY ARE AS UNETHICAL AS IT GETS!!. Mr. Green will string you along for 2.5 years, telling you your case is strong and how he has no problem taking it all the way if need be. How he's ready to fight them in court. Then, while you're in the middle of settlement talks at the courthouse, with the judge, he will DEMAND you take their crappy settlement offer. He will tell you if you don't he will drop you as a client and give you 30 days to find a new attorney. We all know, it's impossible to find a new attorney 2 and a half years into a lawsuit. Then, as if that's not bad enough, after you have been forced to take a settlement you did not want, he presents you with a statement. It gives you a total for his expenses. This comes out of your settlement. You think you're done, right? Wrong!! His staff member, Rachael Kirtley, will call you and tell you there is now nearly $1000 MORE in expenses A MONTH later. She also informs you they are taking an expense out TWICE. I call that double dipping.
    So, if you hire this unethical firm, you will be greeted with lies, over confidence, unethical behavior, double charging you for expenses and will be the victim all over again. I am going tomorrow to file a lawsuit in small claims court to retrieve the money they stole from me by double charging and unethical behavior. Then I am considering filing an ethics complaint with the ethics committee. Oh and one last thing, if you ask for a detailed list of your expenses, don't expect to get it. We asked for a detailed list of all expenses. Who, what, when and why. We were told we would receive it in a week or so. It's been a month and a half. If you want more details, please feel free to send me a private message. I will be happy to give you ALL the details. Just stay away from Blackburn and Green!

    Was not happy with my experience. I was promised A LOT more than what i got. I even had to pay my own medical bills out of my settlement. I felt like Tom Blackburn did not want to fight for me and only cared about settling. Nobody at the office knew what was going on with my case or could ever give me correct answers. Once we settled I was told I would have my settlement in up to 30 days. It has been 46 days and still nothing. When I call to see what is going on with it, people are rude and have
