Very poor communication and lack of responsiveness. He does not return phone calls nor does he follow through with his responsibilities. My husband and I filed chapter 13 and we needed his legal advice and help putting our long road of becoming debt free in his hands and he could have cared less about us. As many times as I called and left messages and sent emails he shouldn't have forgotten who we were or our case.Bottom line he did nothing to help us therefore we had to seek another attorney.
