I've been dealing with levin and neidenberg now going on 4 years since 2010 in August of 2013 I was given a case manager who finally asked me about my case and asked for information regarding my claim, and shortly after that, without notice my case manager quit, and is wasn't informed until I called, thoroughly disgusted with the lack of service and deceit that I have been through in these 4 years, don't waste your time here, I regret getting involved with this law firm.

The case is ongoing, so I can't be too descriptive. I am happy with their services, however.

Although it only took about eight months for my Social Security Disability claim to be approved it took over two years for me to receive my VA Disability. The wait time for my VA claim to be processed wasn't really my major concern. However, trying to get through to this company on the telephone, or get a return call after leaving a message, is virtually impossible. They will give every excuse imaginable for you not being able to get through to them on the phone. They just don't want to answer!

I did get my Social Security Disability very fast. I was told it would take about 2 years to get approved and they got it for me in 14 months. That is very fast I think.

Overall the staff was OK in the telecommunication area. However, you do not hear from or speak to an Attorney until the 3rd level of ALJ.The Attorney demands you to appear 2 hours before your actual appointment to review your file. She then appears 2 minutes before the ALJ review. The only comments from her before the meeting was your file is large.I obtained representation in 2009,my case was reviewed at the ALJ level in October 2012.I basically feel that the outcome would have been same w/o them.
