	Ms. Forbes has a thriving elder law practice in all aspects of elder law (disability and estate planning, advances directives, guardianships, conservatorships, probate). She is a guardian and conservator of a number of elderly and disabled persons for a variety of individuals and families. She is on the Fiduciary Panel of the Probate Division of the District of Columbia Superior Court.
