Our firm began in 1974 as a sole practice by Jim Foley. Ann joined in 1981, and the offices were moved to the present location at 235 East Main Street Palmyra, New York. From the beginning trial practice has been the concentration. At the start criminal defense was the primary interest with several significant felony trials. By the mid 1980's the concentration became personal injury for plaintiffs, and that remains our exclusive interest today. We only represent injured plaintiffs and have limited our practice to Medical Malpractice, Products Liability, Labor Law, Workers Compensation, Social Security and Automobile Accidents.
