Mark S. Hamilton, Esq. joined the firm in late 2003 after clerking for the Honorable Chief Judge James S. Burns of the Hawaii Intermediate Court of Appeals.

Robert G. Frame was named one of America's Best Attorneys in Admiralty Law in 2006.

Michael D. Formby, Esq., is teaching Admiralty Law at the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaii, Fall semester 2006.  This will be his fourth Admiralty Law class at UH Law School.

In August 2004 Michael D. Formby, Esq., was appointed by Governor Linda Lingle to the State of Hawaii Land Use Commission for a term of four years, where he will serve as a member of the quasi-judicial commission charged with conducting hearings on petitions for land use reclassification, special boundary permits and declaratory rulings.
