Postconviction

We represent clients who are state and federal prisoners in the filing of petitions for writ of habeas corpus, motions to vacate, set aside or correct sentence, and other post-conviction motions in Federal and State courts.  These actions challenge our client’s convictions and the execution or imposition of their sentences.  We have also represented state prisoners in federal capital habeas corpus proceedings.
