Federal & State Crimes

We represent clients in both Federal and State courts.  In federal court, we have extensive experience representing clients charged with serious crimes that include drug offenses (conspiracy, sales and distribution), fraud and weapons charges. We know the importance of early and effective representation in federal court which helps clients to determine if their case is best resolved by trial or a negotiated plea agreement.  Although, in many cases, a negotiated plea may be the best result for the client, we are experienced trial lawyers and will zealously defend our clients.  In addition, we represent clients in federal court who face the potential revocation of their probation and supervised release.  Our attorneys are members of the bars of the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri, both in St. Louis and Cape Girardeau, and Southern District of Illinois, both in East St. Louis and Benton.  We also practice pro hac vice in any federal court in the country and recently entered an appearance in the Southern District of New York.
