DWI / DUI

We represent clients in Missouri and Illinois state courts on charges of driving while intoxicated (DWI) and driving under the influence (DUI).  A DWI case is alcohol related and a DUI is drug related.  We have also represented clients on federal charges of DWI.  We have experience in representing clients who have refused to take a chemical alcohol test and those who have submitted to such tests.  Whether or not you submitted to an alcohol test will determine the type of administrative and legal proceedings that apply to your case. In addition to the criminal proceedings that someone charged with a DWI or DUI are faced with, the client is also subject to state administrative proceedings regarding their license.
