Rob received his B.S. in business with a concentration in finance from Indiana University and his J.D. from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, Virginia. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar. Rob served as a Commissioner on the City of Falls Church Housing Commission from 1999 through 2004. He was elected and served as an Owner Board Member of the Northern Virginia Apartment Association from 2004 through 2006. He currently serves as Chairman of the Northern Virginia Apartment Association's Legislative Committee. Rob lives with his wife and two daughters in the area and is active in the community.
