We are able to serve clients in these areas because of Joseph Falcone's more than twenty-five years working in the Tax Disputes area, first as a Trial Attorney for the Internal Revenue Service, and then in private practice. Joseph Falcone was employed as an IRS Trial Attorney serving in the Detroit District Counsel's Office from 1974 through 1978. Prior to that time, he served as a Law Clerk for the IRS District Counsel's Office in Philadelphia. From 1978 Joseph Falcone has been engaged in the Civil and Criminal Tax Disputes area of the law while he has been in private practice.

Brian H. Rolfe has been working for Falcone & Rolfe, P.C., from the time he was licensed as an attorney and has shown that he is able to handle even the most complicated Tax and Business Litigation.
