Richard Evans has practiced law for 25 years. His practice includes the following areas:

Personal Injury--Personal injury law concerns an individual's rights relating to personal injuries in automobile collisions and other types of accidents.

Worker Compensation--This area of law concerns an individual's rights when on-the-job injuries occur. Also included are an individual's rights under the American Disabilities Act and the Family Medical Leave Act.

Wills, Probate, and Trust Law--This area of law concerns the drafting of wills, the administration and distribution of decedents' estates, and the use of trusts, both during life and after death of the trustor.

Real Estate Law--Real estate law includes title opinions, title insurance, drafting of deeds, and litigation relating to real property, such as boundary line disputes.

Bankruptcy--Bankruptcy law includes Debtor Protection, which individuals are entitled to under the Bankruptcy Code, and other alternatives to Bankruptcy.
