Our firm consists of two attorneys, James Evans and Victoria Fair Woo. Jim, a former judge and business owner, opened his own firm in 1980 and has more than 35 years of legal experience serving the Houston area. Victoria joined the firm in 1998 and the firm became Evans & Fair in 2002. Together we are committed to providing our clients with quality legal services with a personal touch.

Our approach to the practice of law is simple. We enjoy what we do and don't make it more complicated than it needs to be. Our no-nonsense approach allows us to interact with our clients on a more personal level so we can really get to know them and what their needs are.
