Evans Portnoy & Quinn was established in 1983 to provide high-quality, efficient and responsive legal service on a personalized basis with clients. The attorneys working with the clients follow through by trying the case. They try referral cases for lawyers on an ongoing basis with a concentration in Central and Western Pennsylvania and the legal support personnel are an integral part of the firm.

All of the partners are members of the Allegheny County Academy of Trial Lawyers as well as the Pennsylvania Association of Trial Lawyers. Three of the attorneys speak extensively before the Allegheny Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. Two of the partners are ex-presidents of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Associa
