Mr. Lieber's practice areas include Insurance Law, Municipal Liability and Litigation. Mr. Lieber is also a Registered Nurse. Mr. Lieber has served as an Adjunct Settlement Judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma for over 10 years and is a former Adjunct Professor of Law at The University of Tulsa College of Law. He currently authors and publishes various legal newsletters for Oklahoma attorneys, insurance companies and municipalities.
