Biography: Mr. Eller was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After graduating from the University of Tulsa (B.S.B.A., 1973; J.D., 1976), he was admitted to the Bar in 1976. Mr. Eller's practice areas include Real Estate Law, Corporation Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Banking Law, Commercial Transactions and Commercial Litigation. Mr. Eller serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma Attorneys Mutual Insurance Company and is the immediate past Chairman of the Board. Mr. Eller also serves on the Board of Directors of i2E, Inc., a 501(c) corporation formed to manage and operate the Oklahoma Technology Commercialization Center. He also serves as a Member of the Boards of Directors of The Friends of the Fairgrounds Foundation and the Sooner Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Mr. Eller has served as an Adjunct Settlement Judge for the District Courts of Tulsa County, Oklahoma for over ten years and is a former adjunct professor of law at the University of Tulsa College of Law. Mr. Eller is a former Director, General Counsel and Vice Chairman of the Board and Economic Development Division Planning Group Chairman of the Metropolitan Tulsa Chamber of Commerce.
