She earned her undergraduate degree, cum laude, at Indiana University (B.A. 1990) and earned her law degree at the University of Texas (J.D. 1993). She is a member of the El Paso and American Bar Associations, the State Bar Texas and the Texas Young Lawyers Association. Her principal area of practice is employment law. She has 2 children.

Lisa Aceves Hayes (shareholder) was licensed in Texas in 1997. A native El Pasoan, she began her legal career as an Assistant County Attorney, continuing in government service as an Assistant City Attorney for the cities of San Antonio and El Paso. She earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, at St. Mary's University (B.A. 1994) and earned her law degree at the University of Texas (J.D. 1997). She is a member of the El Paso Bar Association, and the El Paso Young Lawyers Association. Her principal areas of practice are criminal law, family law, corporate law and municipal law. She is married to Shawn Hayes and has 2 children.
