| Sam graduated from Linfield College (summa cum laude) in 1991. He received his law degree from the University of Washington in 1996 with Honors.
Sam currently serves as the chair of the Law Office Management Assistance Program for the Washington State Bar Association (member 2000-2002). He is a member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association (1994-present), a WSTLA Eagle (2001-present), and a member of the King County Bar Association (1996-present).
Sam has an active practice in the areas of complex commercial and tort litigation, personal injury, products liability, toxic exposures, business formation, business purchases and sales, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, professional liability, and health care provider law. He brings special expertise in the application of courtroom technology to advocacy, developing innovative approaches to the cost-effective representation of his clients.
Randy and Sam recently completed a ten-week jury trial in the case Bradford, et al., v. McDonnell Douglas Corporation, AlliedSignal, Inc. in King County Superior Court in which they represented twenty-six flight attendants for claims of toxic chemical exposures aircraft |
