We believe in offering the most reasonable attorneys' fees possible to our clients.  If we have to work hard, we have to charge enough to support our offices and our overhead.  If we handle your case without much work, though, we should adjust the fee accordingly.

For that reason, on selected cases our fees begin at 24%.  We will explain our fee structure to you in detail when we meet with you.  What is most important for you to understand is that when we are able to offer a contingent fee you do not pay unless and until we collect money for you. 

When we cannot charge a contingent fee, we can work on a flat rate or an hourly rate.  We can evaluate your matter for a flat rate, but we can only quote a flat rate for certain types of cases.

We also offer hourly fees.  Our hourly charge is $175 per hour, which is similar to the rate charged by lawyers with our skill and experience in the Little Rock area.
