Mr. Dyer has many years of experience respresenting both plaintiffs and defendants in matters involving construction law, commerical/business litigation, environmental and toxic tort issues, and water law issues.  Mr. Dyer is also a Registered Public Land Surveyor and Registered Professional Engineer.  Mr. Dyer is licensed in all state and federal courts in the State of Texas and the U.S. Supreme Court.  Mr. Dyer is also a certified mediator.

Mr. Dyer is active in the community as Scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America and has been awarded the Order of the Arrow, Vigil Honor.  He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Mr. Dyer also is a frequent lecturer for continuing legal education seminars on construction, mechanics' and materialman's liens, surveying, and water law matters.
