Estate Planning:  Working with other professionals involved in the estate planning process, Mr. Perkins' goal is to provide individuals with the best possible solutions to their estate planning needs.  This includes, but is not limited to, drafting wills and trust, powers of attorneys, and probate matters.

Insurance Matters:  Mr. Perkins provides legal services to all lines of coverage, from life to auto, homeowners, to commercial property, etc.  In working with insurers, agents, and policyowners/insureds, Mr. Perkins' goal is to find solutions that are equitable and fair to all of the parties involved.

Insurance Consulting:  Mr. Perkins has a national consulting service committed to life insurers.  He works with life insurers as an expert witness, provides opinions regarding legal issues affecting the risk classification process, and legal audits/seminars benefiting underwriters and other risk classification professionals.

Personal Injury:  Mr. Perkins practice for personal injury includes, but is not limited to, accidents of all types, medical negligence, and wrongful death.
