Dunn & Hemphill, P.A., was originally founded in 1976 by W. David Dunn and Frank B. Webb, former classmates and graduates of the University of Mississippi Law School. Mr. Webb has retired, and Christopher D. Hemphill joined the firm in 2000. Dunn & Hemphill, P.A. is a full service law firm encouraging continuing professional development, professional association activities and civic affairs.
